During our assessment we attend to the following:
INSIDE OF THE BUILDING
- floors, walls, ceilings
- doors, frames, windows, skylights
- latches, catches, hinges and handles
- baths, showers, basins, vanity units, toilets,
- splashbacks, tiles, screens and curtains,
- taps, floor wastes
- cupboards, wardrobes, linen closets, shelving, handrails
We will inspect under the floors and in the roof space if we can
gain safe access
OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING
- roofing, gutters, flashings and downpipes
- decks, verandahs
- steps, ramps and handrails
- cladding, mouldings, fascias, barge boards and eaves
THE SITE
We will inspect the structural integrity of all the structures:
- garages, carports, garden sheds, workshops, etc
- site drainage, driveways, paths
- fences, gates and clotheline.
YOUR REPORT WILL CONTAIN:
- Detailed description of every defect found
- Summary of the report findings
- Summary of any significant matters that need
- immediate attention.
Your report will be emailed or faxed on the SAME DAY and
the master copy posted on the following day.
